Jim Flynn and Earl Horn discovered 5 CACKLING GEESE (GA 1st) today in
Twiggs Co. "CACKLING GOOSE" is a fairly recent "split" from Canada
Goose and corresponds to the smallest forms.

The WESTERN TANAGER continues sporadically at Laura Brown's feeder in
Powder Springs in Cobb Co, and was seen Sun 19th Feb by Josh Spence.

from the Piedmont area of GA including reports from Lilburn (Gwinnett
