Dear Peter,
It is possible to calculate the Kappa-statistic for more than two
raters. I would recomend that you take af look at the paper written by
Kilem Gwet "Computing Inter-Rater Reliability with the SAS system". It
can be found here:

If you should use Kappa as a measure in your case is not for me to
judge.. I'm just a vet..
