Here are some titles:

Carpenter's Complete Guide to the SAS Macro Language, Second Edition By: Art Carpenter

SAS Macro Programming Made Easy By: Michele Burlew

Also I would go to Lex Jansens web site http://www.lexjansen.com/sugi/ and search through past SUGI, NESUG, and PharmaSug confernences for papers on Macro preferably with the Ian Whitlock or Steven First as authors.
