This got broadcast.

I would like to urge everyone NOT to respond to this in SAS-L. The last time, things got quite acrimonious, and a lot of mean things were yelled at people who didn't deserve it.

If you want to discuss this off-list, feel free.

If you want to go to alt.H1B.visa.die.die.die and rant about it, feel free. Just don't cross-post it to the SAS group.

Early warning: if you insist on posting about this in SAS-L, I will: [1] email Joe Whitehurest and tell him you said SCL is stupid; [2] email Gregg Snell and tell him you hate how mean he is to your hero Joe Whitehurst; [3] email David Cassell and tell him you use stepwise regression; [4] email Sig Hermansen and tell him you prefer denormalized data structures; [5] . . .

Thanks in advance, David -- David L. Cassell mathematical statistician Design Pathways 3115 NW Norwood Pl. Corvallis OR 97330
