There are a ton of SUGI and PharmaSUG papers on this very subject. Also, plenty of RUGs (Regional User Groups) have had papers on this. So go to http://www.lexjansen.com/ and look up SUGI, PharmaSUG, PhUSE, and NESUG papers on this.
