Subject: testing - ignore and excuse me please

This is a test message with a single long line, entered via the web-interface of SAS-L, www.listserv.uga.edu, using the web browser Konqueror 3.1.1, running under Suse Linux 8.2. The intention is to see, whether long lines are being wrapped automatically while reading postings via the same web-interface. Accessing the web-interface with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox under Windows (various Wxx's) shows automatically wrapped lines. Lines in postings from various contributors are not being wrapped, needing horizontal scrolling. One of the causes was (I believe) Outlook (2003?) under WXP, but not every Outlook version. Curious about this web browser's result.

If you've read this to here you have my regards - Jim.
