Note that you can install all products over your existing version, EXCEPT THE ADDINS FOR MS OFFICE. You first have to uninstall the old version before installing the new one (2.1).
Note also that there is a bug on some installations of the addins 2.1. After a few run, MS Word crashes, and cannot run the addins any more. No note has been produced yet. The question is still analysed by the Development in Cary. (Very few cases has been referenced in Europe and US). If you can wait before you take the decision to migrate the AMO, you should do.
