Subject: comparing counts
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
Hi,
I have a customer with count data as follows:
Author1 Author1 Author2
CharA 1 0 0
CharB 3 4 5
CharC 2 2 2
Each row represent certain characteristics like the number of occurences of
that characteristic in a sentence.
Author1 above represents the same person on 2 different occasions. Author2 is a
different author.
The customer's hypothesis is that there is no difference between Author1 on
both occasions with regards the characteristics while there is a difference
between Author2 and Author1 on both occasions.
Any idea what test would I use above?
Paul
