Subject: Using proc compare for datasets from different platforms

What is the best way to tell proc compare to ignore the small differences found in numeric values due to them coming from different platforms? This can affect both very small numers as well as very large. I tried reading the documentation about this for proc compare but it doesn't make any sense.

Roland
