Above is a small sample of the data I extracted for labs.
The ones in I wish to keep are marked KEEP and in bold.
What I need to keep is the same patid, same cpt, same incurred date
or incurred date within a four (4) day tolerance from the first date of
service,
but any performing provider or paid amounts.
I can't seem to get the four day tolerance to work, not included in
coding at this time. Any assistance
Or coding changes will be appreciated.
