You are not alone Kornbrot. Here in Australia, they refused to deliver until next year. I bet they all don't want to bother till they come back from december holidays! What's the point in paying all the fees if we don't get the new features and updates on time?

To tell the truth, Australian SPSS is the worst software distributors I came across. There are too many incidents to list here. Just because I like SPSS I'm putting up with them!
