I'm sure the answer is 'yes', but I would really need a lot more explanation from you to know howto implement it.

What proc do you want to use?

What colors do you have in mind, and how do you want to apply them?

In SAS, we typically use 'format' as having a SAS-specific meaning, so maybe you mean that you want output in color. Is that what you meant? SAS lets you use ODS (the Output Delivery System) to output to a whole slew of different destinations, in a host of different types. So if you want to spruce up your output tables, this is probably what you are after. There are dozens of papers on doing this if you go to the collection of SUGI papers at:
