First, it would really help if you would explain your problem more.

Do you have a large set of all-binary variables on which you want to do cluster analysis? If so, why?

Do you have a bunch of variables for which you want a split on a binary response? If so, why? And why not tools like PROC LOGISTIC or PROC GENMOD (or CART or CHAID, if you have SAS EM)?
