I've been working on mapping some of the data Marion has collected
over these past years. (A fantastic undertaking I must add ...Thanks
Marion!)
You can see the first drafts at:
http://coastalgeorgiabirding.org/species_maps/
David Hedeen has graciously offered to take over the collection, so
after viewing these maps and saying "I KNOW I had Canada Goose in X
county!"
please send your updates to David at chrysoptera AT yahoo.com
Remember that David is volunteering to do this, so if you do send him
updates be patient with both of us. Your update WILL be reflected in
the maps, but it may take a few weeks.
Enjoy,
Steve Holzman

P.S. The Whooping Cranes have entered Georgia. See
http://www.operationmigration.org/Field_Journal.html for details.
P.P.S. Thanks to everyone that has been so generous in sending their
contributions to OM!
