toby, I have this statement in place already but the problem is one rtf file has outputs from different programs. If there are 3 table outputs in one rtf file and each output has two pages then it should look something like this:

First page page1 of 2 second page page2 of 2 third page page1 of 2 fourth page page 2 of 2 fifth page page 1 of 2 sixth page page 2 of 2
