Sorry to play spoiler. Toby's link contains the Best Companies to work for in 2006. SAS was placed 30th which was a drop from 2005 (16th). Bill's link on the other hand contains the Best companies to work for in 2007 where Google is #1. Unfortunately SAS has slipped further down to 48. I remember they were #4 or #5 not too long ago. So by no means are they a new entrant to the Best Companies to Work for list.
