Since your example percentages contain two decimals, in two different places, I'm not sure what is represented.

Please provide an example which contains a sample of the actual numbers you current data contains, and what you want them to look like in the eventual spreadsheet.

Since formatting does not export can someone please tell me how to reduce the number of characters behind the decimal to two?
