If you've been using non-SAS editors like UltraEdit and TextPad for your batch-mode processing, you might want to compare them with sas2themax Notebook's Batch Processing Console utility, in terms of ease of use.

A "Light" version of Notebook will be free, which includes this Batch Processing Console, Base SAS IntelliSense, the Code Indenter, and more.
