Checked duck boxes today. The dock box - Box #2 still has the 17 eggs and female is "sitting". Box #1 has 8 eggs so I think maybe two females are laying in this one. I did see a female fly into the new box but she didn't lay.
In reference to an earlier post I made about a great gift for birders. I would like to thank all the many many inquiries I had. I hope that I answered everyone back and didn't miss anyone. I have found out UNFORTUNATELY that the item I was so excited about has been "retired" and the series has been discontinued and you can no longer order them.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience - I should have checked prior to my posting but it never occured to me that this could be the case.
Thanks anyway,
Ann Stewart
