Subject: Meta-SPSS doesn't deal with zero
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hello, I am using the Meta-SPSS tools for analysing my data. I got problems with MetaAnalysisOfBinOutcomes(OR-Peto).SPS I am using because some p-values are zero. When I leave the conditions with p-vals zero out, everything works, so I don't think it's problem with my matrix. Anyone knowing help to avoid this? Thanks.
