Ok, you seem to have no WORK-path, but another question: are you sure, that
your setinit (license)-data are valid? 8.0 is so old, that I can't imagine
that SAS gives you a valid license without good reasons!
The message like:
(SASXKINI): PHASE 3 KERNEL INITIALIZATION FAILED.
UNABLE TO INITIALIZE THE SAS KERNEL
might be caused by a expired license!
