I'm not sure what you think I was somewhat suggesting.

I was not offering any code. I had pasted Peters PROC PRINT step to refer to when asking for more information.

I was suggesting that MACRO was not need or perhaps not desired as your program has demonstrated. I was still working on a solution but did not post because it would be superfluous at this late stage.
