Before running the SAS install, use Explorer to navigate the CD.
Locate the setup.exe file, right-click on it, and select Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab and select "Run this program in
compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2)"
Apply the change.
Let us know if that works.
