Well, I am not a payed helpdesk, so you can't demand a quick response of me.
This is all voluntary work by enthousiastic people. If you want a quick and
sound response then call SAS; you will probably have to pay for that.

I see that you already got several good responses in the meantime. Use (one
of) them and consider the way of asking help in the future.
