Our friend, Bobbi Sedam, phoned us Sunday afternoon to report having seen two LONG-BILLED CURLEWS somewhere in the vicinity of Wolf Island/Egg Island on Saturday afternoon. She and four members of her family were boating from St. Simons and found an aggregation of shorebirds on one of the sand spits. She saw many AMERICAN OYSTERCATCHERS, ROYAL and CASPIAN TERNS and probable dowitchers (sp.) She asked me to post this for her.
