It was my understanding also that SAS-L did not send along
attachments. However, this particular attachment did arrive
safe and sound here at Westat.
Is it possible that text-only attachments are OK?

I was able to unmime your attachment by viewing the post on Google's
mirror (note: attachments aren't accepted on SAS-L).
