Actually, it is a "SAS solution" made possible through SAS Integration Technologies. It doesn't run without a licensed SAS server installed.

Yes, it's a third-party software, but it's free. I don't know of any company that prohibits its team of programmers to use free third-party tools to accomplish a task.
