Subject: Re: Help - cannot install SAS
During install, you might have seen a message (a window), that you should
tell the routine the location of your setinit file. There is a default
file somewhere, that has a old setinit information. I think, you didn't
enter the right path to that file.
Unfortunately you might now have a problem: the modules, the installation
routine will install is also fit together with that wrong setinit. You can
now install the right setinit, but there might be the wrong modules
installed!
You can try it, but the secure way is to uninstall SAS, remember the path
to your license information file and while reinstalling tell SAS that
location.
Hope that helps.
