I called tech people and they said they installed the full 9.1 then ran the 9.1.3 update. I asked if everything was selected on the install and they said yes. Could this be a bad install of office? I tried importing and exporting in access and excel and no problems found.

So it is more than likely something they are not doing correctly with this sas install...but again its like the other 10 computers whe have here and they work.
