Subject: Need v9.2 proc report "spanrows" example(s)

I do not have v9.2 of sas but there are plenty out there who do. I am interested in seeing some examples of html where "spanrows" has been used where the order or group item "flows" without pushing down the data lines and creating a gap. I know that html can be resized to make this happen but I need to know what syntax to use such that group or order items are given only a limited width and so are forced to flow. So both the proc report code to achieve this and the resulting html output are of interest to me.

My email address is a real one.
