Subject: Terminal Overflow
Hi all,
In our shared environment a customer has a CICS front end
application make to calls natural application program. All of the maps
(screens) are in NATURAL. The situation a user invokes CICS transaction
(application) which is a front end program. It displays a menu with list
of options to select from as follow:
The user select option A
Then exit to main menu to select option B
AT the main menu, data/stuff/garbage gets leftover from option A
This is an intermittently issue that started last week. The user
can't replicate it, of course. Nothing has being changed in the
application.
No maintenance to CICS/ADABAS/NATURAL.
Is this a physical terminal overflow? Do I need to increase the
physical buffer overflow in NATURAL? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Omar
