Hi: Check to see the L8 TCB priorities assigned to the Pool and DB2ENTRY because they could be set to high which may affect the QR access to the CPU. A long time ago, Natural ran on the QR TCB. Don't know if it has changed to use the L8. Regards, Gene In a message dated 5/28/2008 4:15:59 A.M. SA Western Standard Time, benlam18@HOTMAIL.COM writes:

We have implemented a new application system, a DB2/Natural system that runs in its own CICS in our PROD LPAR. We have severe response time problems, and we use TMON to monitor CICS. One of the major waits is WAIT ON REDISPATCH, that indicates CPU shortage. However, according to our RMF reports the CPU usage is about 75%, and we wonder why CICS is not getting the CPU.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
