Dear Juergen,
In the REGRESSION window (which is for both simple and multiple
regression) you could click 'Plots' and 'Produce all partial plots'.
One of the two scatter plots you get by this is the one you ask for.
You can test this by dobbelt clicking the plot and click on 'Elements'
and 'Fit line at total' (and squaring the R2 displayed for this model).
And if you will have the new variables calculated you can regress Y on
Z and X on Z while saving the residuals from these analyses.
