Subject:      "What's new" v9.2 vs v8.2 (not 9.13)?

Hi there,

Usually when SAS release a new version, it comes with a "What's new" section
compare to the previous release. So now v9.2 would be compared to v9.13.
I wonder if there is a comprehensive list of new features comparing v9.2
and v8.2, instead of the previous version of v9.13?
