Well, I love SAS as much as the next geek in here, but I'm not so sure
if it's the ONLY palindrome language... aren't you forgetting forgetting
Ada, ICI, PHP, SPS (IBM 1620), and maybe LSL if you're into Second Life?
;)

Dear SAS-L-ers,
The ever sharp Mary posted the following observation to my earlier
posting asserting that SAS was the only programming package whose name
was spelled the same forward and backward.

Mary, well, you are definitely right. While we are thinking about it,
R, also holds this distinction. What I should have written was:
SAS also holds the distinction that it is the _ONLY_ programming package
that's name is a bona fide palindrome--check it out!
...I do strive for accuracy!
Mary, best of luck in all of your SAS endeavors!
