Subject: how to turn on/off MPRINT MLOGIC within PROC or DATASTEP ?

Is there anyway MPRINT MLOGIC options can be turn on/off while control is within PROC or DATASTEP ? (i.e. executing through SCL code or something like that)

We have situation where utility macro has been used to construct PROC and we need to turn off/on MPRINT MLOGIC from that utility.
