Hi All-

I am looking for resources on how to build an uplift model (response - control) for a marketing campaign using cox regression (phreg). I have found the paper using logistic regression (Victor Lo) but had some questions about that approach and noted a few mentions of using proportional hazards. Any insights or tutorials anyone can recommend?

Thanks!
