Subject: Factor Analisys in a questionary
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

I´m triying to make a Cuestionary about "Happinees at work" for My PhD. But I have some problems: I have made a first cuestionary and now I want to reduce it, so I have made a Factor Analysis, but: - How can I know how many items I have to use in my new cuestionary? - How can I know what items I have to choose?

I have a 74 items cuestionary, and I have made a first Fator Analysis, that gives me 4 factors, and them I have made another factor analysis with the factors of every item (like a double factorial analysis). But how can I use the correlations that gives me? or there is another way of doing it?. Thanks a lot if someone can give me some advice about it!
