Hi everyone,

I have been searching for documents pertaining to bayesian shrinkage on google. I have been able to find a proper algorithm/logic which explains bayesian shrinkage.Since i am using SAS 9.1.3 EG, i cant even implement Bayesian shrinkage in SAS since the procedures arent recognized.

Can someone please give me a link to some good Bayesian documents explaining the algorithm, so maybe we can code it in some other Language.

Thanks Kunal
