SUBJECT: SecureUGA Deadline: November 30


The deadline for participation in SecureUGA, an information security
education and awareness program that includes mandatory, self-paced,
online awareness presentations, is November 30, 2008.

All UGA employees currently on the UGA payroll are required to complete
four awareness modules by the November 30 deadline. This includes
faculty, staff, administrators, and all student workers, graduate
assistants, research assistants, teaching assistants, and work-study
students.

All students are encouraged to participate, but are not required to do
so unless they are in the aforementioned list.

Each module should take less than 5 minutes to complete. It is not
necessary to complete all four modules at one time.
