John,

This is a very incomplete and inadequate reply but it will get you started correctly. Review the OMS-related commands in the syntax reference manual. Basically, you will write a block of syntax beginning with an OMS command and ending with an OMSEND command that will output designated data. However, you may need to process the output further to get exactly what you want for the 400 tables. But start there. Others are experts with this and can give detailed advice.
