Perhaps we could be of more help if you gave us a little background on
what pn and c1 represent and what did you do about the ci factor in the
first analysis?

I am a little confused and I hope someone can help me. These are the

I get if I just use one within-suject factor BUT......

These are the results if I use 2 within-subject factors... Why are the

different for the same variable? HELP
