Under Edit-->Options, on the General tab, on the right side under Output, click a checkmark into "No scientific notation for small numbers in tables"

I have what I expect is an easy question. I have not used SPSS for many years. I have version 17 at this point and am beginning to use it with the other packages I use as well. I messed a bit with the output options settings but have not hit the setting that removed all of the scientific notation from being displayed in output and data screens. I move data between programs a bit and this is something I have not been able to find the solution to intuitively here. How do I set these to as something like rounded to 3 decimal places in SPSS by default?
