Subject:      assigning macro variables in both local and remote

Hi all,
I have a program that does part of its processing locally and part remotely (using RSUBMIT).
Ive set some variables locally using %LET, but I want the same variables set to the same values in the remote session too. Is there some way of assigning variables in the remote session from the local session?
