This may not be what you are looking for, but in Minitab, you can save
the worksheet (data) in an Excel format which SPSS/PASW can read. You
will have to re-run in SPSS any charts you want because they don't
transfer.
In Minitab:
--> FILE --> SAVE CURRENT WORKSHEET AS
In the SAVE AS TYPE pull-down menu, select an Excel format.
In SPSS,
--> FILE --> OPEN --> DATA
In the FILES OF TYPE drop-down menu, select Excel.

I think you need to use a translator called Data Tranfer.
