Hi, all:   I am working on a hospital data, and have trouble to get the code developed. The pats only took 100 or 200 dose, but they may change dose during the course. Do not know how many times they change the dose. How to find the pats who had dose decreased, increased, fluctuated(increased then decreased or vice versa), or no dose change(100 dos no change and 200 dose no change)?   Data pat; format start stop mmddyy10.; Input pat dose (start stop) (date9.); datalines; 2 200 02MAR09 15MAR09 2 200 16MAR09 28MAR09 3 200 01MAR09 15MAR09 3 100 16MAR09 27MAR09 4 100 03MAR09 18MAR09 4 200 19MAR09 24MAR09 4 200 25MAR09 26MAR09 5 200 02MAR09 12MAR09 5 100 13MAR09 18MAR09 5 200 19MAR09 22MAR09 5 100 23MAR09 28MAR09 ; Run;
