Katja,

I don't know of any documentation that tells which templates are used by which PROCS. I usually browse the templates. Under SASHELP.TMPLMST see: STAT/Boxplot/Graphics you should see 2 GTL templates, boxplot and boxplotHorizontal.

Hi,

I am looking within the new Graphic Template Language (GTL) in SAS 9.2. I really like the overview page provided by SAS: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/grstatgraph/61949/HTML/default/ main_contents.htm

But the graphical procedures like PROC BOXPLOT produce styles which I like to modify. I am pretty sure that in the background templates are located. I can look at the SAS templates available via "odstemplates" command in the templates view. But I am not able to find the corresponding templates which are used by different graphic procedures. I find it is much easier to learn from existing template examples then try and error a lot more.

Is there anywhere a documentation of the templates provided by SAS or a documentation which graphical procedures does use what templates?

I hope someone can help.

Thanks and best regards,

Katja
