I'm not sure what the question is, but I was recruited by Detica for an interview in early 2008, after I was laid off by BAE and posted my resume on DICE and Monster. They have a nice office space near the Ballston VA metro. It is my understanding from the interview that most of the fraud detection software is written in SAS.

In September 2008, they were bought by BAE. I would never go near anything having to do with BAE again.
