The standard error:

ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to MYSQL cannot be loaded.
       The libmysql code appendage could not be loaded.

I realize that it should work with 5.0, and I had 9.1.3 working with
5.0 previously.  Which is why this is so confounding.  Why is it not
working with 9.2?

Can I assume you have this installed and running?  What exact version
of MySQL are you running?  And, if I may, how many KB is your
libmysql.dll file?
