This is a reminder that the enrollment/waiver period for the mandatory graduate student health insurance plan and the voluntary student health insurance plan ends February 5, 2010. If you have already taken necessary action, you may disregard this message.

If you are required to be covered by the mandatory student health insurance plan, please be sure you either enroll or submit a waiver by February 5, 2010. If you are not eligible for the mandatory plan and you wish to purchase the voluntary health insurance plan, you must enroll by the February 5, 2010 deadline.
